Terms of use.
Short version: read freely, quote fairly with credit, do not scrape or republish wholesale, and treat the forms like you would a colleague's inbox.
Using the site
Airtime.news is operated by Airtime News. By using the site or subscribing to the newsletter you accept these terms together with the privacy policy. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
Our content and your use of it
Articles, guides, the directory and everything else we publish belong to Airtime News unless credited otherwise. You are welcome to read, share links, and quote short extracts with clear attribution and a link back. You may not republish substantial parts of the site, scrape it into datasets or products, or present our work as your own, without written permission.
Accuracy, corrections and the launch period
We work to the editorial standards on our about page: sourced claims, visible dates and visible corrections. News changes, so a story that was accurate when published may age. During our launch period some sample content and figures are clearly marked as prototype data while real reporting replaces them. Nothing on this site is legal, financial or professional advice; it is journalism and general information.
The directory
Directory listings are reviewed before publication, but we do not control the shows, feeds or third-party platforms they point to. Submission does not guarantee inclusion, and we may correct or remove listings to keep the directory useful and accurate.
Third-party links
Links to other sites, platforms and services are provided in good faith. We are not responsible for their content, availability or how they handle your data.
Forms and acceptable use
The contact and subscription forms exist for genuine enquiries and subscriptions. Do not use them to send unlawful, abusive or deceptive material, attempt to disrupt the service, or probe its security. We may refuse, remove or report abusive use.
Newsletters
The Weekly Wave is free, sent only to addresses that subscribed, and carries a working unsubscribe link in every issue. Subscribing is consent to receive it; unsubscribing takes effect immediately.
Liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Airtime News is not liable for loss arising from reliance on site content, interruptions of service, or third-party sites we link to. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. We may update them as the site grows; the effective date above changes when we do, and material changes are announced on the site.
Contact
